“Having the support of a venture capital fund with such a first-class team of partners is a great endorsement for us. We chose Rialto among several interested funds for the unique combined experience of Alessandro Profumo, Stefano Quintarelli, and Simone Brunozzi. Over the past two years, we have grown significantly, working with clients such as Leroy Merlin, Amadori, and Edenred. Now it’s time to take our expansion plan to the next level,” said Pietro Maria Picogna, co-founder of Pack.
Founded in 2022 by Pietro Maria Picogna and Giacomo Gentili, Pack already works with over 80 multinationals. It was created to address a concrete challenge: offering companies a strategic partner to navigate the growing complexity of people
development, focusing on skills, fostering the creation of more agile and aware teams, and preparing them to face future challenges.
The platform integrates in a single environment tools for skill mapping, digital assessments, and personalized development paths such as coaching, mentoring, and targeted training, supported by a continuous AI-based monitoring system that allows companies to measure progress and business impact.
“Pack represents a significant step forward in our commitment to supporting people through change,” said Selene Santacaterina, HR and Organization Director at Gruppo Amadori.
With its data-driven approach, the startup aims to become the European reference point for companies seeking to innovate their HR and people development processes, combining technology with real impact on people.
“Companies worldwide are already facing, or will soon face, the difficult challenge of managing the growing complexity of human capital. They don’t just need a supplier, but a true partner to guide them through this transformation. Organizations must maximize people’s value to improve performance and satisfaction. Pack is here to help them achieve what was previously impossible,” added Giacomo Gentili, co-founder of Pack.
