NIIT Learning Systems Acquires Germany-Based MST Group For €22.37Million Funding

This move expands NIIT’s presence in the fast-growing DACH region and boosts its reach in the automotive and industrial sectors.

Founded in 2009 MST Group has over 100 employees in Germany and Hungary. With this acquisition, NIIT adds seven major clients from the automotive, industrial, and energy sectors, growing its Managed Training Services (MTS) portfolio to over 100 clients.

The acquisition enhances NIIT MTS’s offerings by adding QuickStart Learning Academies, built on MST Group’s exTra platform. These academies provide flexible, customizable and scalable learning solutions designed to meet the changing learning and development needs of large global companies.
