Nexus Raises €3.7M Seed Round To Scale Enterprise AI Agent Platform

The funding round was led by General Catalyst, with participation from Y Combinator, Transpose Platform, Twenty Two Ventures, Phosphor Capital, and angel investors including Gokul Rajaram, Raphael Schaad, and Jake Mintz.

Founded in 2024 by former McKinsey consultant Assem Chammah and AI engineer Shady Al Shoha, Nexus helps enterprises move from AI experimentation to real-world deployment.

Its platform enables non-technical teams to build and deploy autonomous AI agents with built-in governance and compliance, executing end-to-end workflows across systems like CRM, ERP, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.

Nexus also provides hands-on implementation support, including integration, training, rollout, and ongoing optimisation. It supports over 4,000 enterprise integrations and is designed to meet strict regulatory requirements.

The company works with clients such as Orange, which deployed a customer onboarding agent in four weeks, reportedly increasing conversion rates by 50% and generating over €5 million in annual LTV.

It also supports AI infrastructure firm Lambda.ai, where deployed agents save significant operational time across sales and marketing functions.
