Milan-Based MotorK Raises €3 Million To Strengthen Finances

The new funding will be used to further strengthen the group’s financial position and support general corporate purposes. MotorK said the additional capital was raised under financial terms similar to those of the original facility.

London-based Atempo Growth is a pan-European growth debt provider with offices in London and Italy. In April 2025, the firm announced the first close of €300 million for its second fund, Atempo II, bringing total assets under management to €800 million.

Founded in 2010, MotorK develops integrated digital solutions that support sales and marketing activities for automotive manufacturers and dealers. The company offers SaaS cloud products and operates what it describes as the largest R&D department in Europe’s automotive digital sales and marketing sector. Its SparK platform brings together marketing, sales, data, and operations into a single ecosystem.

In June last year, MotorK announced changes to its leadership structure. Co-founder and former CEO Marco Marlia became president, focusing on business development, partnerships and strategic initiatives, while Executive Chairman Amir Rosentuler assumed the role of interim CEO.

In March last year, the company also completed a €4.8 million reserved capital increase, with participation from investors including 83North and Lucerne Capital Management.

MotorK has been listed on Euronext Amsterdam since November 2021 and achieved ISO 27001 certification in November 2024. The company employs nearly 310 people and operates offices across eight countries: Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK and Israel.
