[Funding alert] Midas Games Secures $1 Million in Pre-Seed Funding

The founders of the company are Selçuk Korateş, Hikmet Duran, Fatih Karadeniz, Mert Ulutaş, Emre Öztürk, and İlkim Ülgen, who have backgrounds in publishing, software development, game law, and mobile game development.

The group at Gigantic Games decided to come together as Midas Games after reaching an incredible 25 million downloads together.

Previously, CTO Fatih Karadeniz oversaw the construction of the technical framework for Turkey's largest mobile marketing platform as well as the establishment of the first online divisions of stock exchange brokerage firms.

Early in the year, Ludus Ventures, a Turkish VCIF, announced the launch of "Tera Portföy," its second fund. This year's initial investment is in Midas Games.
