Siadhal Magos, CEO at Metaview said: “Hiring is driven by human-to-human conversations, yet before now it’s been impossible to capture and operationalize the data from these crucial interactions. With Metaview, thousands of companies are turning to our AI-native platform to harness this data, save time on busy work, and apply the insights we create to help their teams hire the right candidates. We’re delighted to be partnering with Plural to drive our next phase of growth and help more companies radically enhance their hiring workflows and decisions.”

Although hiring decisions are among the most crucial ones a business must make, the hiring process hasn't changed in decades. While decisions lack objectivity and disastrous hires are all too often despite the fact that they can cost organisations three times the salary for the role, taking notes during interviews and writing up feedback wastes important time and detracts from the quality of the conversation. AI is being used by Metaview to change this and increase productivity at scale.

Throughout the employment process, the platform uses artificial intelligence (AI) to record discussions, giving hiring teams access to a single source of truth. Through automation, Metaview is lowering the administrative load of interviews by producing objective summaries that are indexed by important subjects. This has already saved teams at least 20 hours per recruit.

Large Language Models (LLMs) have significantly improved in capability, allowing Metaview to refine its approach and collect insights directly from the hiring conversations.

The hiring procedures are streamlined and teams are assisted in making better judgements by the integration of this data into already-in place systems. Because of its emphasis on effectiveness and quality, Metaview has helped well-known companies with their international hiring procedures, including Brex, Quora, Pleo, and Improbable. Metaview has had a 2000% increase in its customer base in the last year, and the market for AI HR technologies is projected to reach $6.18 billion by 2024.

Shahriar Tajbakhsh, CTO at Metaview, commented: “I’m ecstatic to team up with Plural as we continue to reimagine the recruiting ontology from first principles. By placing conversations at the nucleus of our platform, we’re leveraging state-of-the-art AI to operationalize the latent context within these interactions. This enables us to build AI agents that augment and automate hiring workflows in ways previously unimaginable.”

Khaled Helioui, Partner at Plural, added: “Hiring decisions are critical to the success of any business, but for decades this crucial step has been ignored by technology. Siadhal and Shahriar, having honed their skills at Uber and Palantir, notorious for setting new standards of excellence in terms of recruiting, are uniquely positioned to change this dynamic. Metaview is making recruitment decisions better, faster, and more objective. In doing so, it’s creating improved outcomes and contributing to more equitable workplaces by removing some of the pervasive biases that clog most hiring processes.”

About Metaview

In order to revolutionise hiring, CEO Siadhal Magos and CTO Shahriar Tajbakhsh, who had previously held product and engineering management positions at Palantir and Uber, created Metaview in 2018. By concentrating on enhancing the most opaque aspect of the hiring process—the interviews—the AI platform assists businesses in making business-critical hiring decisions more quickly and effectively. To save you time and allow you to concentrate on having excellent conversations with prospects, Metaview composes your interview notes automatically.
