Ruben van Gaalen, founder and CEO of Lynk, explained: Companies we work with often manage more than 100,000 pages of active contractual obligations. Until now, this has been audited manually and tracked in Excel. Itʼs not only extremely labour-intensive, itʼs also highly error-prone. Our workspace and its AI capabilities now make it possible to this work reliably and at scale.
AI is set to transform contract management, fundamentally changing how large organisations audit and oversee contractual obligations across legal, operational, and financial functions. Routine contract tasks are expected to be increasingly automated, with AI leveraging company-specific contextual data, enabling professionals to focus on higher-value strategic activities.
Lynk plans to use the funding to accelerate its commercial growth, expand internationally, and broaden its platform into new sectors where managing complex, high-value contracts demands greater oversight and control.
