London-based Inntelo AI Secures Over €576k For Its AI Concierge Platform

UK-based TravelTech startup Inntelo AI has raised over €576K in a pre-seed round to boost the growth of its AI Concierge platform.

The funds will support customer rollouts and integration with property management systems.

The round was led by VC fund Haatch and British Business Bank, with support from Look AI Ventures and angel investors, including ex-executives from Trip.com and DocuSign. This follows an earlier €138K investment from Antler at the company’s launch.

Founded in 2024, Inntelo AI is the UK’s first AI Concierge platform, using conversational and agent-based AI to improve hotel communication, personalization, and operations.

Co-founded by CEO Asif Alidina, who brings over 10 years of experience in hotel housekeeping and facilities management, Inntelo AI is supported by a global advisory board with experts from Accor, Fairmont, and Hilton.

The platform helps hotels automate guest interactions, handle routine tasks, and boost revenue—saving staff time and improving overall efficiency.

Inntelo AI’s platform streamlines communication between guests and hotel teams by using conversational and agentic AI, enhancing the guest experience and boosting operational efficiency.

The AI Concierge handles guest enquiries via WhatsApp or phone, turning them into coordinated tasks. This helps teams respond faster across departments like housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, spas, and other hotel services.
