The funding round was led by Rich Products Ventures (RPV)—the venture arm of global family-owned food company Rich Products (Rich’s)—and The Angel Group, a private investor collective, with additional support from existing investors.

The capital will be used to accelerate Doughlicious' expansion in the U.S. and other international markets.

Founded and led by CEO Kathryn Bricken, Doughlicious produces frozen cookie dough and gelato bites that are certified gluten-free, made without added refined sugars, white bleached flour, or artificial additives.

All products are crafted at the company’s facility in London, England, and are available in over 10,000 retail locations across the U.S.—including Target, Whole Foods, Wegmans, and GoPuff—as well as in the UK, parts of Europe, and the Middle East.
