Logistics AI Startup 5U AI Raises $3.2M Pre-Seed Funding to Scale Digital Workforce Platform

The funding round was led by London-based Emerge Capital. The investment will help 5U AI expand its AI technology and support more logistics teams in improving their daily operations.

Unlike regular automation tools, 5U AI's platform explains how it makes each operational decision. This gives freight teams a clear understanding of how tasks are completed and helps them work with greater confidence.

The platform also creates a knowledge base by recording these decisions. This information can be used to improve future operations and make logistics processes more efficient over time.

The system is specially designed for the logistics industry, including complex tasks and manual decisions that general AI tools often cannot handle. It is already being used by freight forwarders and carriers across Europe for air and ocean freight operations and is supported by experienced logistics industry leaders.

Founded in 2025 by Yagiz Abik and Fehmi Şener, 5U AI develops AI-powered digital workers that automate everyday tasks in air, sea, and road freight. Its platform helps logistics companies complete work faster and reduce manual effort.

The platform connects with existing freight management systems and handles tasks such as creating quotes, managing bookings, tracking shipments, reconciling invoices, entering data, and completing routine administrative work.
