Krijn Rijshouwer said, “We believe businesses can grow without losing their ability to care. With the big advancements in AI we now have the tools to solve things. With Lemni, you can set up custom AI agents that work from a single source of truth for each customer, giving them an immediate understanding of the entire history. That way every customer interaction begins where the last one ended. No more starting from scratch, no more repeating yourself—just one continuous conversation,”.
What does Lemni solve?
Customer service often has issues like automated replies, long wait times, and repetitive chatbot interactions. Many companies limit live support by hiding phone numbers, restricting emails, and using chatbots with scripted responses.
While this saves on customer service costs, it can frustrate customers and doesn’t solve their problems well.
