The round was backed by investors including 20VC, Urban Innovation Fund, and Inception, along with a group of 20 unicorn founders.

Founded by Pamir Ehsas and Stefan Mandaric, Moritz aims to improve efficiency in legal services by combining artificial intelligence with a network of experienced lawyers.

Its platform allows clients to submit legal requests which are largely processed through automated workflows before being reviewed and finalised by qualified professionals.

This approach is designed to reduce turnaround times and provide more predictable pricing compared to traditional hourly billing models.

Since its launch, Moritz has supported over 100 companies in closing agreements worth more than $2 billion in total contract value across Europe, the United States, and Australia.

The company plans to use the new funding to further develop its platform, grow its network of legal experts and expand operations in key markets. In the long term, Moritz aims to broaden its services beyond commercial law and make high-quality legal support accessible within minutes.
