- Kynda uses its own technology to turn agricultural by-products into mycoprotein for the food and pet food industries.
It specializes in producing alternative proteins for food and pet food industries. They use a unique fermentation process to turn agricultural waste into mycoprotein, a protein-rich substance made from mushroom mycelium. This process is quick, taking just 24 to 48 hours, much faster than traditional methods.
It’s focus is on sustainability by recycling agricultural by-products, helping the environment, and supporting food security. Their mycoprotein has a meat-like texture and savory flavor, making it a great ingredient for meat alternatives.
