Jaipur Robotics funding news – Manno-based Jaipur Robotics Raises €725k To Power AI Waste Solutions
Mar 13, 2025 | By Kailee Rainse

Manno-based Jaipur Robotics SA, an innovator in AI solutions for waste management and waste-to-energy processes, has raised €725k funding in pre-seed round led by TiVentures SA, a Swiss-based early-stage venture capital fund, alongside other investors.
With this funding, it will speed up its growth and strengthen its position as a top European innovator in the Waste-to-Energy sector. The company plans to use AI to make waste management smarter, safer and more sustainable, providing real benefits to industry operators and the whole ecosystem.
Ermes Zamboni, Founder and CEO of Jaipur Robotics said, “The successful closure of this funding round lays the foundation for Jaipur Robotics’ growth and expansion. We are grateful to TiVentures, which has believed in our project from the very beginning,”.
For Paolo Orsatti, Managing Partner of TiVentures, “Artificial intelligence applied to a well-defined vertical, a high-growth yet unexplored market, sustainability, and an outstanding team—these are the key elements that make Jaipur Robotics a perfect fit for our investment strategy.”
Founded in 2024 by Ermes Zamboni and Nikhil Prakash, it aims to transform the Waste-to-Energy sector using advanced deep learning and automation technologies.
The company has already formed partnerships with leading European industrial players, providing cutting-edge AI solutions to improve the efficiency and safety of waste-to-energy plants.
These plants convert non-recyclable waste into energy but face several challenges, such as-
Hazardous objects (e.g., gas cylinders, concrete blocks) that can cause costly shutdowns.
Difficulty in ensuring proper combustion due to the varying types of waste.
A shortage of specialized operators to manage waste bunkers.
To solve these problems Jaipur Robotics has developed an AI-driven system that monitors waste pits in real-time, detecting hazardous objects before they cause damage.
The system also provides detailed mapping of the waste’s calorific value, helping operators mix waste for maximum energy production. By automating and digitizing plant management, it greatly improves overall operational efficiency.
