IQM Goes Public, Raises €127 Million in New Funding

The funding round included support from Tesi. Other major shareholders at the time of the listing include Ilmarinen, Elo, and Varma.

IQM Quantum Computers was founded in 2018 as a spinout from Aalto University. The company focuses on building superconducting quantum computers and developing advanced quantum technology.

It provides complete quantum computing systems and cloud-based access to businesses, universities, research organizations, high-performance computing centres, and national laboratories.
