Flowit funding news – Switzerland-based FLOWIT Secures €4.2 Million in Seed Funding

FLOWIT, a digital coaching platform, has raised €4.2 million in seed money. It gives all employees access to real-time feedback and growth, especially those who work in front-line roles like service technicians, healthcare providers, hospitality personnel, and other non-desk employees. Conventional staff development frequently ignores these groups.

In the DACH region, FLOWIT has grown to serve more than 70 clients since its September 2021 market launch, including healthcare facilities, lodging establishments, and real estate firms.
Currently, more than 30,000 workers make use of the SaaS service. The platform increases employees' emotional and normative engagement to their companies while lowering turnover costs by as much as 50%.
