Inploi Raises €3.4M Funding To Scale AI-Powered Hiring Platform In UK And US

The round was led by YFM Equity Partners, with participation from existing investors.

The company provides a candidate experience platform that helps large employers streamline and automate high-volume recruitment.

It integrates with existing applicant tracking systems to improve candidate journeys, reduce drop-offs, and speed up hiring decisions.

Originally launched as a labour marketplace, inploi pivoted in 2021 to enterprise SaaS to address inefficiencies in recruitment. Its platform uses AI agents to support sourcing, screening, communication, and scheduling, helping talent teams reduce manual workload and improve hiring quality.

The platform has already supported millions of job applications across more than 70,000 vacancies, serving clients in hospitality, healthcare, retail, construction, and the public sector, including major brands such as Compass Group, Wagamama, Gail’s, PureGym and NHS trusts.

With the new funding, inploi plans to expand its commercial operations, grow its team, and further develop its AI-powered “Talent Agents” to automate key recruitment workflows.
