SUMMARY

  • London-based Incard, a financial platform for high-growth digital businesses has raised £10 million in Series A funding led by Smartfin and supported by Founders Capital, MountFund and angel investors.

The platform unifies banking, payments, and financial tools, helping fast-growing companies manage, automate, and optimise their finances efficiently.

Incard was founded to tackle the limitations of traditional business banking, where founders juggle cash flow, invoicing and spending across multiple tools.

Launched in 2024 by entrepreneurs Theo Cesarini, Soraya Tribouillois, Liam Seskis and Matteo Martino the platform unifies these functions into a system built to scale with growing digital businesses.

Incard’s financial operating system combines banking, payments, and financial tools into a single platform, centralising operations, offering real-time cash flow visibility and spend insights and supporting industry-specific workflows and add-ons.

Theo Cesarini, CEO of Incard, said the company has built a control layer for the financial stack of high-growth digital businesses and is now focused on making the platform available to more companies so they can better manage, automate, and optimise their finances.

The Incard platform gives businesses access to banking, corporate cards, and connected accounts all through a single interface. Companies can expand the platform with industry- and growth-stage-specific tools from the Incard App Store, including invoicing, spend management, treasury, working capital, and other financial capabilities.

Incard has been adopted by high-growth digital businesses across the UK and Europe, especially those with significant advertising spend, foreign exchange exposure, or multi-entity structures.

With its new funding, Incard plans to expand into additional markets, including the US and wider Europe, enhance its product offerings, and invest in automation, AI-powered financial workflows, and team growth across engineering, compliance and product development.
