Hitachi Solutions Appoints Roger Lvin As CEO And President

Roger Lvin is a global transformation leader with over 20 years of experience building and scaling technology-driven consulting businesses. He has a strong track record of helping enterprises turn digital innovation into measurable business impact.

Previously, he served as the Founding CEO of Hitachi Digital Services, where he established and led the company’s strategy, growth, and positioning in digital transformation and IT–OT convergence. Under his leadership, the business became a trusted partner for global enterprises modernising operations and driving innovation.

Before joining Hitachi, Lvin held senior leadership roles at Cognizant, where he led the Digital Operations business and scaled it into a multi-billion-dollar global unit.

In his new role, Lvin will focus on strengthening Hitachi Solutions’ position as a key partner for large-scale digital transformation.

The company will continue to expand its collaboration with Microsoft and deepen integration across the Hitachi Group under the “True One Hitachi” initiative, with a strong focus on AI-enabled cloud, data platforms, and business applications.
