Groundley is special because it can connect smoothly with any ERP system, no matter how old or set up. It reads detailed invoice data, sorts it into greenhouse gas emission categories, and automatically works out a company’s carbon footprint.
It also offers real-time dashboards showing spending and emissions, so users get quick and clear insights to manage both sustainability and finances.
Groundley is already being used by major companies, including one of Denmark’s biggest shipping firms, and is showing real results.
Its tools solve a common problem in regular ERP systems, which often don’t provide detailed insights into what businesses are really spending their money on.
Groundley offers three main solutions: Spend Cube for sourcing, Emission Data for tracking sustainability, and Invoice Check for accounting. These help companies improve purchasing, meet sustainability rules, and reduce financial mistakes.
The platform is designed to help manufacturers and large businesses work more efficiently, find savings, and cut errors, while supporting their environmental goals.
According to Groundley’s data, clients can save about 2% on costs, reduce workload by half a full-time employee, and completely eliminate invoice-related accounting errors.
Groundley is also known for being practical and easy to set up.With the new funding, Groundley plans to grow its operations, improve its AI technology, and reach more businesses across Europe.
“We handle every ERP system – no matter how many you use or how old they are – as long as the invoice data is accessible. We ensure everything is read correctly, the numbers add up, and the process runs automatically going forward,” the team at Groundley said.
