Goodstack, a SaaS and fintech platform for managing charitable donations, has raised $28 million in Series A funding, led by General Catalyst with support from Morpheus Ventures and Repeat.

Goodstack Offering
The platform offers tools like verification and payment systems through its API, helping nonprofits worldwide. In 2024, it expects to process over $3 billion in donations, more than triple last year’s amount, supporting charities in over 215 countries and territories.
It partners with global brands like LinkedIn, Canva, Atlassian, and Monday.com. Beneficiaries include major organizations like the Red Cross and Oxfam, as well as smaller local fundraising initiatives.
