SUMMARY

  • Belgian EventTech startup Exhibitly has raised €1.4M in pre-Seed funding to scale its AI-powered platform for B2B events.

Founded in 2025 by Hendrik Franck and Brent Coppens, the Ghent-based startup helps event organisers boost attendance through AI-driven hyper-personalisation delivering tailored event recommendations for each visitor in seconds.

The round was led by New School VC, with participation from 100IN, Allusion Ventures, and several angel investors.

In just nine months, Exhibitly signed 114 events and works with major organisers including Informa, Easyfairs, Hyve Group, and Dubai World Trade Centre.

The fresh funding will support team growth, product development, and global expansion.

“An event website is an organiser’s most important marketing asset, yet it delivers the same generic experience to every visitor. A Fortune 500 CEO and an intern see exactly the same content, despite having completely different priorities. If visitors can’t quickly see why the event matters to them, they leave,” said Hendrik Franck, co-founder and CEO of Exhibitly.
