Cherry Ventures
Berlin-based venture capital firm, Cherry Ventures, is launching Cherry V to support European tech. They’ve raised $500M in new funds, split into an Early Stage fund and a fund for Series B and later-stage companies.
Wealthon
Wealthon, a FinTech company based in Warsaw that creates digital financial solutions for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), has raised €126.2 million in funding. This includes a €116 million loan from Fortress Investment Group and €7 million in equity investment from 3TS Capital Partners and angel investors.
Connected Kerb
London-based Connected Kerb, an electric vehicle (EV) charging company, has secured £65M (around €78M) in funding from the National Wealth Fund (NWF) and Aviva Investors, a global asset manager.

The European Investment Fund (EIF) has announced it will invest €40 million in SevenGen Investment Partners’ new Growth Fund.
Avelios Medical
Avelios Medical, provider of a modern hospital information system (HIS), has raised €30 million in Series A funding led by Sequoia Capital alongside existing investors Revent & HTGF.
Salience Labs Limited
Salience Labs Limited, a leader in photonic solutions targeting connectivity for AI datacenter infrastructure, announced the successful close of $30 million in Series A financing led by ICM HPQC Fund and Applied Ventures, LLC, the venture capital arm of Applied Materials, Inc., to further the development of its optical switches for large scale AI connectivity.
Riot
Riot, a cybersecurity software platform based in Paris, has raised €28.9 million in a Series B funding round. The money will be used to develop its products, open two new offices, and double its team by 2026.
IONATE
Deep tech innovator IONATE is proud to announce the closing of its Series A fundraising led by AlbionVC, with a syndicate including strategics IQT, JGC MIRAI Innovation Fund, and institutional investors Santander InnoEnergy Climate Fund and Antares Ventures. Existing shareholders, IQ Capital, Zero Carbon Capital, and Cycle Group also joined the round.

ThePackengers, a French company that specializes in packaging and transporting art and collectibles, has raised €14M in funding.
Enduro Genetics
Enduro Genetics – the synthetic biology startup transforming biomanufacturing by “addicting” cells to high production – has raised €12 million in Series A funding from Supernova Invest, NOON Ventures and Sandwater. The funding will be used to expand Enduro’s platform and scale commercialization.
