Fundcraft provides digital tools and services for alternative investment funds. Its platform combines fund administration with workflow automation and AI to make fund operations easier.
The platform helps manage investors, funds, and portfolios. It is designed to reduce manual work and make it easier for fund managers to handle complex fund structures and regulatory requirements.
Fundcraft focuses on the alternative investment fund industry, where many companies still depend on manual processes and different systems that do not work well together.
The company currently supports nearly 300 funds. It added as many new clients in the first half of 2026 as it did during all of 2025. Fundcraft has also expanded its operations in France and supports fund structures in Luxembourg, France, the US, and Spain.
The new funding will help Fundcraft grow its business in its existing European markets and enter new countries.
The company also plans to strengthen its services for institutional private equity buyout funds.
Fundcraft will increase its use of AI across investor, fund, and portfolio operations. It will build on the automated and AI-powered workflows it already uses for some processes.
