Copenhagen-based Formalize has secured €30 million in Series B funding, co-led by Acton Capital and Blackfin Tech, with participation from West Hill Capital and CIBC Innovation Banking bringing its total funding to €50 million.

Founded in 2021, Formalize builds compliance software supporting frameworks like NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOC 2. Originally launched as Whistleblower Software, the company has since expanded into risk, privacy, and data compliance, now serving clients in over 80 countries and offering support in more than 12 languages.
