SUMMARY

  • Ghent-based startup Feedelity has secured €510,000 in funding to support its next phase of growth.

The round was backed by private investors Gilles Mattelin, Jorn Vanysacker (Henchman), Wouter Fransoo (Delaware), and Robbrecht Delrue (Smartendr), alongside venture funds Newschool VC and Scalefund.

Processing a single customer review can take several minutes, and hospitality groups with multiple locations often need to manage large volumes of feedback each week. Reviews are spread across delivery apps, search engines, email and social media, making it challenging for customer support teams to keep pace.

At the same time, customer feedback plays a key role in purchasing decisions with many consumers relying on reviews when choosing where to dine. Businesses that actively engage with feedback are therefore better positioned to build trust and encourage repeat visits.

To address this challenge, Ghent-based entrepreneurs Martin Vander Ghinste (CEO), Achilles Demey (CTO), and Henri Coorevits (CPO) founded Feedelity, a feedback management platform designed for hospitality businesses. The solution centralises customer feedback from multiple channels, supports semi-automated responses, and highlights urgent or high-priority issues. It also aggregates review data to give customer support teams and sales managers clearer insights into customer behaviour.

According to Henri Coorevits, the platform enables more personalised customer responses while significantly reducing the workload for support teams, allowing them to focus on priority feedback and faster follow-up. He added:

What makes Feedelity unique is our ability to turn feedback into usable operational data for in-depth analysis. A restaurant chain recently discovered that wooden bowls did not resonate with part of its customers, even though they were more expensive. They were able to act on that insight immediately.

Since launching in March 2025, Feedelity has attracted established hospitality brands such as Panos, Hawaiian Pokebowl, and Pureto, and recently won first prize at the pitch competition of startup festival Tectonic.

Looking ahead, the company plans to expand beyond hospitality into sectors including multi-location retail and real estate, where customer feedback is widely collected but often underutilised.

The new funding will support team expansion, continued product development and increased marketing efforts as Feedelity scales its platform.
