Estonia-based Blackwall Raises €45 Mn In Series B Funding Round

Blackwall (formerly Botguard), an AI-powered security and web infrastructure company, has raised €45M in Series B funding round led by Dawn Capital.

Dawn Capital is a leading B2B software investor in Europe, managing over $2 billion in assets. It mainly invests in early-stage companies from Series A and B, supporting top performers through growth and exit stages.

Existing investor MMC also joined the funding round.

The company has rebranded from Botguard to Blackwall.

Along with the funding, Norman Fiore (Co-Founder & GP at Dawn Capital) and Shamillah Bankiya (Principal at Dawn Capital) are joining the board. Roi Carthy (Co-Founder & CEO at Hudson Rock) will take on the role of Executive Chairman.

Already operating in the US and APAC, Blackwall will use the new funds to double its team, expand further in these regions, and accelerate product development.
