EnforceShield Raises €1.7 Mn to Scale AI-Powered IP Protection Platform

The funding round was led by Vendep Capital, with participation from FIRSTPICK VC. EnforceShield has built an IP protection platform designed with the help of experienced attorneys.

The company will use the new funding to improve its platform and add more advanced features. It also plans to expand into broader IP management, helping businesses protect and manage their intellectual property more effectively.

Rudzinskas, CEO and founder of EnforceShield, said, “When I founded this company, I felt we were already operating on borrowed time. Founded in 2024 by Rytis Rudzinskas, EnforceShield is an IP protection company based in Vilnius. Rudzinskas is a practicing lawyer with experience in handling digital intellectual property enforcement.

EnforceShield uses AI to find and analyze intellectual property violations and take action against them. Its platform is designed to handle large numbers of cases that would be difficult for human teams to manage on their own.

The company believes AI can help solve the growing problem of AI-powered IP abuse. Rudzinskas says that simply adding more lawyers and analysts is not enough to manage the increasing number of IP violations, so EnforceShield uses AI to make the enforcement process faster and more scalable.
