Driven Raises €1.5M Funding To Transform Sales Commissions Management

That’s exactly the problem Driven addresses. Launched in June, the platform provides sales reps with real-time visibility of their goals and earned commissions, while enabling managers to set targets and rewards collaboratively using live and historical data. This optimizes commission use and drives stronger sales performance.

Managers also gain a complete view of how targets and commissions impact profitability. The AI assistant analyzes financials, CRM data, and industry benchmarks, helping teams fine-tune plans in real time and keep expectations aligned across the organization.

The funding round was led by Pitchdrive, with backing from Newschool VC and notable members of Ghent’s tech community, including Jeroen de Wit (Teamleader), Gilles Mattelin, Jorn Vanysacker, Wouter Van Respaille (Henchman), Matthias Geeroms (Lighthouse), and several other prominent investors.

With this new funding, the founders plan to accelerate product development and drive further business growth.
