Copenhagen-based Deepdots (formerly Magic Feedback), an AI platform that automates customer feedback analysis, has raised €5.5M in seed funding.

The round was led by European B2B investor Dawn Capital, with support from Maki.vc and angel investors like Geeta Schmidt, former CEO and co-founder of Humio.
Geeta Schmidt, Angel investor, says, “Deepdots is rewriting the book on how companies gain competitive advantage, improve NPS scores and win customers by transforming massive amounts of customer feedback into prioritised analysis and recommendations.”

It processes feedback at scale with accuracy close to human review, saving time for customer experience and product teams.
Unlike traditional tools that need manual input or underperforming AI assistants, Deepdots offers an all-in-one workflow for feedback management.
The platform includes AI-driven surveys for real-time insights and connects with tools like Intercom, Zendesk, and HubSpot. Customers include Matas, NREP, and Culligan.

Founders Nima Vali Rajabi and Francisco Arias have experience from Google, where they worked on products that earned $100M in revenue and won several Google Impact Awards.
Deepdots will use the funding to hire more people, open a new office in Barcelona, and improve its platform that handles the whole customer feedback process—from collecting data to taking action.
Their goal is to help businesses manage feedback and respond to it all in one system. The company says its surveys reach over 4 million people each year in Denmark alone.
