Co-founder Mads Plet-Hansen announced the funding round on LinkedIn. The pre-seed round was led by Foundry Ventures and Angel Invest, with participation from Nordic Makers, EIFO, Nicolaj Højer Nielsen, El Netværk, and several individual investors.

Notable backers include Alexander Aghassipour (Zendesk), Klaus Nyengaard (Just-Eat), Lars Fløe Nielsen (Sitecore), Michael Seifert (Sitecore), Sophie Bohr Grønbæk (Undo), Moaffak Ahmed, Nima Sophia Tisdall, and Jeppe Hallgren.

Grand PMS is an AI-powered, all-in-one property management system for the hospitality sector. Based in Denmark, it helps hotels, venues, and event spaces manage sales, catering, reservations, and guest experiences across multiple markets. The company offers two main products tailored for hospitality businesses.

The Sales & Catering module is an AI-powered system for managing meetings, events, and group bookings. It offers AI-generated proposals, automated follow-ups, and legally binding signatures.

Key features include the Grand Group Portal for dietary restrictions, invoicing, and rooming lists, and a group booking engine to sell rooms and delegate packages online.

Event management tools include a drag-and-drop calendar, bulk editing, workflow automation, task management, and integrated upselling in proposals and guest portals.

The Hotel Management System module from Grand PMS offers tools for reservations, operations, and guest services. Reservations are managed via a drag-and-drop calendar with quick search and real-time room allocation. The operations app handles housekeeping updates, internal messaging, and task assignments.

It also includes a commission-free booking engine that can be branded to a hotel’s website, supports embedded payments, and comes with free integrations.

Both modules can be used separately or combined into a single property management platform. Grand PMS operates servers in the EU and the US to meet regional data regulations and is fully GDPR-compliant.
