Global energy corporations Aramco Ventures, which sponsored Mercia Ventures through the Midlands Engine Investment Fund (MEIF), led the round with investments in Dendra Systems, NexWafe, Dow, and Kanoo Ventures.

With this latest donation, the total amount raised to date has reached £11.7m, and an additional 10 jobs in Cambridge are anticipated to be created. It will also be able to expedite the implementation of its monitoring systems worldwide.
