Charlie is HR software for small teams with big ideas. They exist to run, build, and transform small businesses so they can run, build, and change the world. They believe that while starting a business is difficult, maintaining one shouldn’t be. Their product is aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly, allowing small businesses to automate many of the administrative headaches they face as they grow. In 2016, Charlie began as a small Whitechapel office with three employees. In the present day, Charlie is a varied group of about forty individuals. While they still have an office in London, they currently live, work, and hire people around the United Kingdom. Many things have evolved since then. Their dedication to creating one of the most rewarding and exciting work cultures around hasn’t altered at all, either.
