In a fresh round of fundraising, Cheflix has raised €1 million from a number of investors, including the creators of the profitable scaleups Creative Fabrica and Studocu.

In a fresh round of fundraising, Cheflix has raised €1 million from a number of investors, including the creators of the profitable scaleups Creative Fabrica and Studocu.

Offering seminars on Cheflix from the top Hundred restaurants in the Netherlands is the aim. The masterclasses will feature lessons on practical cooking skills like chopping onions precisely, making mayonnaise, and peeling tomatoes in addition to recipes. A portion of the money will also be used to support members in developing personalised menus for delectable home cooking.

“From our user data research, we noticed that Cheflix members have increasingly been using the platform as their cookbook rather than a streaming platform,” said Jeroen van den Brink, founder of Cheflix.

Cheflix's remarkable growth has persisted after its early 2021 start. Cheflix now boasts over 60,000 users from 30 different nations, reflecting its recent rapid expansion. Cheflix can use the extra growth funds to fund the creation of new content and its own mobile application, as reported by eu-startup.
