Founded in 2017, CHAOS uses AI and location intelligence to modernize the real estate industry. Its platform collects and analyzes fragmented data such as neighborhood growth, population trends, business performance, and service needs and turns it into actionable insights for developers, investors, planners, and retailers to make better decisions.

By providing better access to understandable data and actionable insights, our platform empowers the real estate industry to make more profitable and human-centric decisions, said Natalia Rincón-Eriksson, CEO and co-founder of CHAOS.

CHAOS’s AI platform helps users navigate complex data, compare neighborhoods, and access localized insights on demographics, services, and assets. It goes beyond summaries, offering AI-driven recommendations across the property lifecycle from investment and management to divestment.

The platform is easy to use, with unified analytics dashboards, forecasting, and simulation tools, plus flexible pay-as-you-go pricing.

The new funding will support CHAOS’s expansion in the Nordics and DACH region, while further developing its AI solutions for real estate investors, developers, and retailers.
