Barcelona-based 011h Secures €20M Funding Round

Founded in 2020 by Lucas Carné, José Manuel Villanueva, Josep Barberá, and Carlos Llibre, 011h is transforming building design and construction through a fully digital, modular and sustainable approach. Using materials like engineered wood, light metal, and prefabricated concrete, the platform integrates design, production, and construction, reducing waste and emissions while speeding up delivery.

Currently, 011h has €50 million in housing projects underway across Spain with partners like AEDAS Homes, Culmia, and Renta Corporación, and secured commitments for an additional €100 million in 2026 projects.

With completed projects like Habitat Hospitalet (Barcelona), Fioresta (Alicante) and Casernes (Barcelona), and ongoing developments such as Distrito Z (Málaga) and Mar de Calonge (Girona), 011h aims to deliver over 600 new homes by 2027.
