The deal's total value was not made public. Through the acquisition, BAE Systems will provide more products. Since2021, Malloy and BAE Systems have collaborated to advance UAS solutions. Going forward, they will expand Malloy's current offering and introduce cutting-edge technology to clients across the globe.

Malloy Aeronautics provides both military and commercial clients with all-electric unmanned aerial systems (UAS). Its fleet of heavy lift, unmanned quadcopters can carry payloads weighing between 68 and 300 kg on short- to medium-range missions. Its staff of about eighty will still work from its Berkshire location to service its current clientele.

There are 93,100 workers at BAE Systems spread over about 40 nations. It develops, produces, and maintains systems and products in collaboration with clients and regional partners in order to provide military capability, safeguard national security, and maintain the security of vital data and infrastructure.

The 300 kg T-650 all-electric "heavy lift" UAS is being developed by engineers at BAE Systems and Malloy Aeronautics as a possible new way to provide military, security, and civilian customers with a sustainable fast response capability.
