Babbel founder, a scale-up pro and a HR pioneer launch Emerge Tech with backing from HTGF

Emerge AI offers two smart agents Creative Carla uses to shapes brand identity and messaging and Channel Charly uses data to share that message across the right channels—accurately, efficiently, and at scale.

Reiner Kriegler, Co-Founder and CPO of Emerge, shared: “Employer branding has long been a privilege reserved for big brands. However, talent doesn't make decisions based on budget; authenticity wins. That's exactly where our AI comes in.”

Emerge will focus on improving product quality and growing its user base for Carla and Charly through the end of 2025. The goal is to build a scalable and reliable AI agent model.

A Seed funding round is planned for late 2025. After that, the company will focus on expanding internationally and launching a new set of AI agents to support the full employee journey—from onboarding to performance management.

The investment will be used to develop the platform and get ready for the upcoming Seed round.
