Amsterdam’s Bencis Closes Seventh Fund At €625M, Marking 25 Years Of Investment Success

Marking 25 years since its first fund in 2000, Bencis VII secured commitments from existing investors, portfolio company founders, and new limited partners. The fund will continue Bencis’s strategy of partnering with entrepreneurs and management teams across the Benelux and DACH regions.

In the past 18 months, Bencis achieved eight successful exits from its previous funds including the Bencis IV Continuation Fund, Bencis V, and Bencis VI with an average MOIC of 7.0x, and more exits expected in 2026.
