SUMMARY
- Allday Goods, an East London-based kitchenware company, has raised nearly €883.7k (£765k) to scale its operations, launch new products, and expand into additional markets.
The round was led by FIGR Ventures, with participation from Anotherway Ventures, Machroes Holdings, and several angel investors, including reinvestment from Tom Gozney of Gozney. The board of Allday Goods now also includes FIGR alongside founder Hugo Worsley and Tom Gozney.
Ex-chef Hugo Worsley started Allday Goods by making knives in his parents’ garden shed, using a toastie machine and melted plastic bottle lids to create handles. He built early demand through Instagram, where a limited drop of 100 knives sold out in just 76 seconds, helping establish the brand.

Today, its knives are made across Germany, the UK, and Japan, including Solingen, Somerset, Sakai, and Sheffield. The company uses different premium steels across its ranges, including stainless steel, high-carbon steel, and Japanese Aogami 2 blue paper steel.
Allday Goods also repurposes plastic waste destined for landfill into unique knife handles, with each piece featuring a distinct pattern. The company says it has diverted over 23,912kg of plastic from landfill so far.
Now profitable with limited external funding, it has collaborated with brands such as Ottolenghi, Soho House, Maldon Salt, Kerrygold, and Paul Smith, and has been featured in publications including The World of Interiors and Esquire.
According to FIGR Ventures, its investment in Allday Goods is driven by a founder-led brand built through hands-on material experimentation rather than traditional pitch decks. FIGR plans to support the company’s existing momentum without changing its direction.
Hugo Worsley, Founder, Allday Goods, commented: “This is a huge moment for us. We’ve built Allday slowly and intentionally over the past few years, so having people we genuinely admire backing the next chapter feels incredibly special.”
