[Funding alert] AI startup Artisan Secures $2.3 Million in Funding
Nov 17, 2023 | By Team SR
AI startup Artisan secures $2.3 million in funding. Instead of acting as software tools for the teams they join, the digital workers, known as Artisans, are a benefit to them. This is in contrast to current solutions, which need ongoing human management.
Beginning in January, Artisan will be a member of the Winter 2024 cohort of Y Combinators. Oliver Jung and Bayhouse Capital have entered the pre-seed round.
Ava, the first Artisan, will make her debut on December 4th as a sales representative. She currently automates the complete outbound sales cycle, but in the near future, she will be capable to automate the entire sales cycle, handling the majority of the work on her own and assisting the human when necessary.
