The round was co-led by Inception Fund and Alstin Capital, with participation from seed+speed Ventures, Foundry Ventures, and angel investors including Peter Sarlin, Kieran Flanagan, Sebastian Knutsson, Lukas Saari, and Guillermo Flor.

Agaton’s platform enables enterprises to analyse unstructured customer conversation data from sales and service interactions. Leveraging AI, it uncovers behavioural patterns and sentiment signals to support workflow automation and enhance organisational decision-making.

The platform tackles a common challenge: many companies still rely on sampled data, market research, or analytical models to make decisions. By analysing customer interactions in real time and combining quantitative and qualitative insights, Agaton helps organisations spot buying signals, guide product and pricing strategies, and enhance training and management of customer-facing teams.
