As Chair, Dale will guide sustainable growth and long-term value creation for academic, biotech, and pharma teams working in biologics characterization, development, and manufacturing workflows.

Dale brings over 30 years of life sciences experience, including CEO roles at Mirus Bio and Gemini Bio, as well as leadership positions at GE Life Sciences (Cytiva) and Merck Millipore.

He is recognized for scaling technologies from early adoption to commercial deployment and guiding growth-stage companies with strategic oversight, robust governance and effective decision-making.

He succeeds Simon Douglas, who is stepping down after four years as Chair.
