It's goal is to build a sustainable and profitable software company in Denmark without relying on venture capital. The company is already profitable while actively investing in product development, market expansion, and team growth—all of which the Walor.io acquisition will help strengthen.

Walor.io meets an EU requirement for companies with more than 50 employees to have a whistleblower system in place.

Walor.io has become a key player in the Nordic region with a skilled and agile team. Founders Frederik Binow and Nikulás Óskarsson have joined Ziik and integrated into the company quickly.
