Amsterdam-based cybersecurity startup Whisper has raised €1.6 million in a pre-seed funding round.

Whisper uses knowledge graph technology to give users a powerful “God Mode” view of the internet, helping predict and prevent cyberattacks faster and more accurately.

With cybercrime up over 300% since 2015 and losses expected to hit $10.5 trillion annually by 2025, advanced tools like Whisper are urgently needed to counter evolving threats.

Founded by Soroush Rafiee Rad, Leonardo Carlo Calisse, and Kaveh Ranjbar, Whisper has already secured pilot projects and is preparing for a fast market launch.

Atlas AI^VB Fund I led the funding round, with participation from Antler, D11Z, Tioga Trust, and Volve Capital.
