VoiceLine secures €10M to scale its enterprise voice AI platform for frontline teams

Feb 24, 2026 | By Kailee Rainse

Munich-based VoiceLine, a voice AI platform built for enterprise frontline teams, has raised €10 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Alstin Capital and Peak, with additional support from existing investors Scalehouse Capital, Venture Stars, and NAP.

Field sales and service teams often spend most of their time meeting customers, traveling between appointments, and managing follow-ups. Because of this, tasks like documentation, CRM updates, and internal handovers are frequently delayed. Many teams end up spending several hours each week on administrative work instead of focusing on customers. This can result in incomplete reports, missed follow-ups, and valuable customer insights not being properly recorded in company systems, reducing real-time visibility for managers.

VoiceLine solves this problem with a voice-first AI assistant designed specifically for daily frontline work. After meeting a customer, employees can record a voice note or call the assistant directly. The platform then automatically turns spoken information into structured visit reports, CRM updates, follow-up tasks, and visit plans. All data is synced with existing CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.

For managers, this means better access to structured frontline data that was previously hard to capture. It improves visibility into field operations, customer needs, and market trends, helping leaders make faster and more informed decisions.

Field sales continues to be the backbone revenue driver for many industrial or services organisations. With VoiceLine, we are revolutionising the end-to-end reality of frontline work, from visit preparation and documentation to follow-ups, analytics, and insights – using voice as the most natural interface,

said Nicolas Höflinger, CEO and co-founder of VoiceLine.

Unlike traditional CRM projects, VoiceLine can be set up within just a few days. This allows companies to roll out customised voice AI solutions quickly, with minimal involvement from IT teams, while still meeting enterprise-level security standards.

VoiceLine is already being used by mid-sized and large enterprise customers, including DACHSER, ABB, Knauf, KSB, and Elis. The platform supports deployments across multiple countries and serves thousands of frontline workers.

The new funding will help the company grow its team and further improve its AI platform. VoiceLine plans to significantly increase hiring this year, especially in product development, sales, customer success, and partnerships. At the same time, the company aims to expand into new frontline use cases and strengthen its international presence.
