VirtualMetric Funding News -Amsterdam’s VirtualMetric Secures €2.25M Funding

The round was led by cybersecurity investors TIN Capital from the Netherlands and Auriga Cyber Ventures from France.

The Dutch company will use the money to speed up product development, grow its sales team, and help customers across Europe and other regions.

The company will also use the funding to lower SIEM costs, simplify data processing, and improve operational efficiency.

Their goal is to solve a major cybersecurity problem: handling overwhelming amounts of telemetry data.

Organizations are gathering more security data, like logs, metrics, and alerts, than ever before. This huge amount of data is hard to manage.

Because of this, big companies can spend up to $10 million a year on SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems.

Even though cybersecurity budgets are growing to fight new threats, the high cost of handling all this data limits how much money is left for new tools and improvements in detecting and responding to threats.
