Beroe a US-based leader in procurement decision intelligence has acquired UK-based Forestreet an innovator in AI-powered supplier discovery its second acquisition in less than six months.

The deal strengthens Beroe’s AI-first strategy, integrating Forestreet’s proprietary AI models and LLM expertise to build a more innovative more unified procurement platform.

Forestreet developed a SaaS Market and Vendor Discovery platform that leverages AI to map every company in any market, down to product features. Its analytics are trusted by three of the Big Four consultancies, global corporates, and private equity funds.

Customers of both companies will gain access to enhanced, AI-driven solutions that unify supplier discovery and category intelligence into a single procurement stack. Forestreet’s entire team, including seasoned AI and LLM specialists, will join Beroe, strengthening its talent pool. The Forestreet leadership will also step into broader roles across product development, AI strategy, and go-to-market execution.
