Unique funding news – Swiss-founded Unique Secures $30Million in Series A Round Funding

Unique's total investment now stands at USD $53 million since its founding in 2021. This round is led by CommerzVentures and DN Capital, with continued support from existing seed investors including VI Partners and Pictet Group.

With advanced data security and regulatory compliance ensured, Unique’s platform supports customers to deploy agentic AI, through one of its 25 specialised ‘off the shelf’ use cases, or via customised agents. These powerful and efficient solutions for back and middle-office functions can be seamlessly integrated into existing systems, delivering improved performance and accuracy in processing data and requests.

Unique AI is already deployed by blue-chip companies with more than USD 2.3 trillion in assets under management, including Pictet Group, UBP, LGT Private Banking, SIX and other top players in the financial services space.

One of their most prominent clients, Pictet Group, which offers the platform to 6,000 employees, reports efficiency gains of around 2 hours per week per person. While the platform can quickly filter out investment products and streamline related tasks, human RMs continue to be the core of their client relationship (Citi GPS report).

Previously, a Group Product Manager at Google Deepmind, Dana led the successful launch of the Gemini project on Android and drove 15x growth as Head of Gemini Growth and Retention. Dana also launched and landed Google's early agentic web capability in 2019 called Duplex on the Web.
