Backed by Montagu and General Atlantic, the company serves enterprises, governments, and SMEs across industries such as healthcare, energy, transport, and smart cities—continuing to drive innovation and operational efficiency in IoT.

Known for its flexible white-label billing platform and strong customer support, Zipit has helped OEMs generate over $45 million in subscription revenue.

Its Canadian arm, Mtrex Networks, focuses on global connectivity for point-of-sale (PoS) systems, working with top carriers such as Verizon, AT&T, and Rogers. Supporting NB-IoT, LTE-M, and 5G, Zipit streamlines operations with automated billing and customizable plans.
